icentic was founded in 2014 in Zug, Switzerland, to create digital solutions, provide software engineering expertise and resources, and to be the incubator of new, thriving business models and spin-offs.
Today, the icentic group is headquartered in the canton of Zurich with subsidiaries in Switzerland, Germany and Serbia, and serves clients in Europe, the US and China.
Branko Bjelajac
Chairman of the Board of Directors
Branko is the Founder and CEO of icentic and the digital platform beppo. He was previously Group CTO at Landis+Gyr, Director Products and Solutions at Orange Communications, and CTO at SITA. He started his professional career at Aachen University of Technology and subsequently headed technical and strategic departments at Mannesmann Arcor (Vodafone) and Grundig.
Dieter Brunner

Dieter is Chairman of the Board of Directors of INTEGRA Metering and a member of the Supervisory Board of DAT-CON. He led IskraEmeco, one of the leading smart metering companies, as Group CEO and Chairman of the Board of Directors for more than a decade. Prior to that, he was VP Sales at Landis+Gyr, Managing Director of GUTOR and APC and Head of Division at ABB.
Michael Bencak
Member of the Advisory Board
Michael looks back on 20 years of experience in the medical technology and biotechnology industry, most recently as CEO of ndd Medical Technologies. Prior to that, he was CEO of BEKA Scientific and Zinsser Analytic, where he repeatedly achieved sustainable EBIT growth in dynamic markets. He started his career with Philips and Grundig.
